Positive: Location is incredible, short drive to the main part of town but far out enough to be quiet.

Negative: Nothing. I arrived later than I should have. Would have been great to fire up the wood stove.

Summary: Wish I had stayed longer, highly recommend staying here for more than one night.

Positive: Very good location and environment. Close the the Entrance and town centre. The fire heater and spa bath are perfect for cold days. Workers are very friendly, introducing the area and sourroundings to me.

Negative: Not enough towels. Made up for 2 not 3. Shower was broken and didn't work. Got fed up going back and forth to reception to ask for things. Very dated. Not enough equipment in kitchen. Disappointed.

Positive: Location ok, place clean and tidy. We were given free wood for the first night when we complained.

Negative: there were some safety issues including , door handle on wood fire is metal (nothing provided to use to reduce likelihood of burning). Microwave was on top of fridge making it dangerous when removing hot things above head height. The place was quite dark inside. wood for fire had to be purchased, there was no mention of this on the website. towel rail beside bath basin would make it easier, rather than having to drip water across the floor. The induction hot plates require a special type of saucepan and therefore did not work properly. Signs too small and hard to read/find. having to put in a code every time was a nuisance- key is much easier, No bbq tools - grill on bbq unclean.

Summary: Clean, cosy and warm , had to adapt to a few things that were not up to standard (as above)
